1 · Plan
Choose a plan.

Every plan is billed quarterly in advance at three times the monthly rate. The Initial Subscription Period is three months and renews in three-month periods unless you cancel by written request to support@tocsingroup.com at least 30 days before the Renewal Date. Moving a measure takes more than 30 days; the quarter is the smallest term in which sustained advocacy can land.

2 · Company

3 · Representatives

The Designated Representative gives Tocsin instructions and approvals on the client's behalf and signs the Order Form on the next page.

4 · Issue Portfolio and industry
Tell us what you want to accomplish. If you know a bill number, include it, but you do not need one: describe your goals and we will find the measures that affect them. Describe your goals in at least 20 characters and at most 2,000.

5 · Compliance
Foreign ownership or control *

Answer Yes if any of these is true today:

  • the business is organized under the laws of another country;
  • its principal place of business is outside the United States; or
  • a person, company or government outside the United States owns or controls it, directly or through other companies, including any foreign owner of 20 percent or more.

Federal lobbying and foreign-agent laws can give Tocsin extra reporting obligations in these cases, so a Yes answer is reviewed before Tocsin accepts the order. If you are not sure, answer Yes and describe it; a sentence or two is enough.

6 · Payment method
How the Quarterly Installments are paid *

You enter the card or bank details on the secure checkout page run by Stripe, our payment processor; Tocsin never sees complete card or account numbers. ACH is available for US bank accounts and can take several business days to settle. The payment method is charged each quarter in advance for as long as the subscription runs.

What happens next. You review and sign the completed Order Form on the next page, then pay the first Quarterly Installment by card or bank debit at checkout. Tocsin confirms acceptance in writing usually within two business days. If Tocsin cannot accept the order, the installment is refunded in full.
