Billing
Manage your subscription.
Quarterly billing, renewal dates and the 30-day notice rule in plain terms, and how the billing portal opens.
How billing works
Quarterly, in advance. Subscription Fees are stated as a monthly rate and billed quarterly in advance, in Quarterly Installments equal to three times the monthly fee. The first installment is due on the Effective Date and each later one on the first day of each successive three-month period.
Renewal. The Initial Subscription Period is three months. It renews automatically for successive three-month periods at the then-current fee for your plan unless either party gives notice; the first day of each renewal period is the Renewal Date.
The 30-day rule. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel by written request to support@tocsingroup.com at least 30 days before a Renewal Date, and the change takes effect on that Renewal Date. Either party may also end the Agreement for any reason on 30 days' written notice, effective at the end of the Subscription Period in which the 30 days run out. Prepaid fees are not refunded, unless you end the Agreement because Tocsin did not cure a breach; then fees prepaid for the periods after that date are refunded.
Receipts and payment details. Stripe, our payment processor, issues the receipts, and they are the invoices under the Agreement. Update a card or bank account in the Stripe billing portal, never by email. A failed payment is retried and, if it stays unpaid ten days past the due date, the services may be suspended on written notice.
The billing portal
The portal is a Stripe page for your subscription. It is where you change the payment method, download receipts and see the next billing date. Open it from the Manage billing link in your receipt or acceptance email; that link is private and unique to you, so keep the email and share the link only with the people authorized to handle your billing.
If the email is not at hand, write to accounting@tocsingroup.com from the billing email on the Order Form and we will send the link again.
